• Bath: Put 1/4 cup of the salt directly into your warm bath water.

• How many baths can I do with one sachet and how much salt do I put in my bath? 

We suggest putting about 1/4 cup per bath, so you'll have 8-12 baths with your salt. 

• What are the benefits of taking an epsom salt bath? 

The simple act of putting scented salt in your bath can alone provide an instant feeling of relaxation. It is also an excellent carrier of oils, vitamins and added ingredients. Epsom salt is conducted to the muscles, magnesium sulfate, by its composition is designed to loosen and relax the muscles of the body.

• How long can I keep my Selv bath salt? 

You can easily store your Selv bath salt in a dry place for 1 year. Salt keeps forever, but oils keep for a year. 

• What does vetiver essential oil smell like? 

The smell is similar to smoke. This adds a touch of fragrant warmth.
