All regular items are shipped world-wide using Canada Post. All items are tracked. Once you have placed your order, you will be assigned a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have shipped. We are not responsible for replacing lost items unless the item has a tracking number. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. For any international shipments, duty is to be taken care of by the purchaser.
Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?
We are located in the heritage neighbourhood of Westmount in Edmonton, Alberta. You can absolutely pick your online order up in store. Please wait for an email confirming the order is ready for pick up. Bring your receipt with you and please have identification. Freight items cannot be picked up in store unless otherwise specified.
When will my order arrive?
The shipping/transit time varies depending on where the order is being shipped. Please see our Shipping page to see approximate shipping timelines that have been given to us by our shipping carriers. Freight shipping times are approximately 1 x 2 weeks.
Do you do rush orders?
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. That said if you need something extra fast please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is your refund policy?
Though we hope you are very happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are unhappy please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. You have 14 days to return the item(s) to us in it's original condition with the original packaging accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
We will happily refund the purchase price on the same manner by which you paid.
Shipping costs are only refunded if there was an error in your shipment or if arrived damaged.
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to ask for photos of damaged items.
Large or very heavy items must be shipped with our freight carrier. Freight is door-to-door, it is not a "white glove" service.
